We have said it before, and we’ll say it again… we’ve had such a busy few months here at Kiwi Design and Build that this poor old blog space has been left feeling a little unloved! However, the homepage of the website has seen a little refresh in the design, and we’ve been incredibly busy with some amazing clients and projects. We have also welcomed some members to the team to help maintain the incredible service levels you receive from us when choosing Kiwi Design and Build for your home renovation project.

Welcome to the Team

Rich – Project Manager

Rich is as serious about his sport as he is about your project running smoothly. His keen eye of detail and exceptional organisational skills are a result of his military days. Now he enjoys complex project management making use of his architectural training. In his spare time, you will find him running for miles and training for Iron Man competitions.

Tom – Bricklayer and General Builder

Tom is a qualified bricklayer by trade. In more recent years he has moved into more general aspects of all building work and now is a dab hand at anything on a building site. Tom is a new dad so you might find him nursing plenty of energy drinks throughout the day but that doesn’t detract from his high-quality workmanship.

Brad – Site Operative

Brad is our newest recruit and currently training in all areas of building construction. Brad is young, good and keen to learn. He really gets involved and is definitely embracing all aspects of the building and development process, it’s great to have Brad onboard.

Recent Projects

We are delighted to have such incredible clients and the opportunity to work on some amazing properties across the West Midlands. Both old and new, working with modern and traditional designs, resulting in spectacular outcomes across the board.

Barnt Green

This traditional kitchen extension and renovation in Barnt Green was a delight to work on. The key part of the brief – to mix old and new seamlessly. The extensive search for perfect, reclaimed materials was well worth it, I think you’ll agree you’d never know this wasn’t always there! You can find the full project details and more images over on our projects gallery.

We have some amazing period properties in Birmingham, and we are privileged to get to work on many. We have recently worked on a kitchen renovation in this stunning home, bringing in some modern designs to compliment the original property.

We worked on a partial renovation of this beautiful grade 2 listed Georgian house in Worcestershire earlier this year. With some incredible original features and views to die for, this project was one we almost didn’t want to finish!

If 2019 is the year you start planning a home renovation or extension, then we’d be delighted to arrange with you a free consultation, simply click here to contact us today. We have a highly skilled and experienced team, able to deliver the very best finish and designs. We also work with incredible local architects, so if you’re not quite sure where to start, then let Kiwi Design and Build be your first port of call. We look forward to hearing from you.
